"Hi Bob. I was disappointed to read this review. Particularly after my office met with you in person and you expressed that you seem to have issues with all the agencies you’ve spoken to. When you arrived at our office you were complaining about several other agents you had previously worked with. Since you are an AllState Agent that came to our office it’s clear you must have seen the value we offer but unfortunately somehow you seem to keep having issues wherever you go? My office was happy to take our time to help you and we found it very entertaining that you are a licensed AllState Agent but recognized the greater value of being with State Farm. We discussed your coverage in depth including how your umbrella impacts your PD liability and you agreed to write several policies with us at our office and we provided quotes for other policies that you were interested in. You agreed the $100k liability was what you wanted when we submitted your applications, that’s why we submitted them as we did for you and provided you paperwork and online access before you left the office. When you called us later to make changes and add a roommate that you had not previously disclosed, we went ahead and submitted the changes for you. Since you work in the industry as a licensed Allstate Agent - you understand that with new policies, underwriters will review the applications and decide in issuing policies. This is not instantaneous, particularly when you are writing a policy for a future date as you did. I can go much further in how we worked hard for you and how we did help you by writing all of your personal insurance but we can discuss that offline if you decide to return my call and voicemail sometime. We continue to want the best for our community and hope you find the office that is right for your particular needs. Perhaps your own office can write your policies and you can be your own agent like I am for myself but I understand wanting to come to State Farm and we have been quoting several AllState Agents recently.
