"Hi nick. You are lying. I was hoping not to post in here in a public forum but you are posting lies. I never said anything was finished. You and I have never even spoke and it is news that you are engaged to our insured. I’m sorry that the property claim was denied but it’s your responsibility to maintain and manage your property to prevent damage like this from occurring. You chose your own plumber / restoration company and contractors and they submitted evidence that the damage was a maintenance issue, not a covered loss on a homeowners policy. In the emails you asked your contractors to write up a different report and they told you they “have no wiggle room”! As I have stated all along, with any additional evidence or support, I would be happy to argue further to the claims department to reconsider but your chosen contractors reported all the damage that lead to the decision from claims. I understand that you are upset that your claim was denied. My team and I have done everything we can to help you! You chose your contractors and their reports helped our claims team to determine the loss was not covered for various reasons that won’t discuss here. As I’ve explained if you have any further evidence or support to show otherwise, we can submit it into our clams team to review. I understand you’re upset that you had damage to your home that doesn’t qualify under your homeowners policy but you are clearly uninformed on my team and my own efforts to help. As we have offered and you have chosen not to take me up on, I am happy to schedule time to meet in person at the office or schedule a call if you are unable to meet. "
